ISIS claim responsibility for Manchester attack, UK raise threat level to ‘critical’

Militant group, ISIS, claims it is responsible for the terror attack at Manchester Arena on Monday night.

US singer, Ariana Grande was having a concert at the venue when two explosions went off, resulting in the death of more than 22 people and injuring over 50 more.

However, the terrorist group did not provide any evidence to prove its responsibility for the attack.

Meanwhile, the UK on Tuesday raised its terrorism threat level to ‘critical’, which is the highest level.

It is the first time the threat level has been raise that high in a decade.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May warned that intelligence services believe an attack may be ‘imminent.’
